Yes, I do recognize that it seems the world whirls by at an incredible speed these days. Everything has to be done NOW. But a novel in 3 days? Sean Di Lizio writes graphically of his experience in an International 3 Day Novel Contest. That’s really making writing an extreme sport!I took part in The National Novel Writing Month for the first time in 2009 and it was great fun. It was demanding to write a novel of 50,000 words in the course of 30 days in November. I would recommend that writers who wish to hone their writing skills take part in NaNoWriMo- amongst everything else they have some awesome forums- where you get to interact with many like minded people.
I must confess. I am not sure whether I would be able to write one in 3 days like Sean and the others who did. Great work, guys!
