Fifth Successive NaNoWriMo Completed

Yay ! I have done it. I successfully completed NaNoWriMo for the 5th successive year a few days ago. This explains why I have not been as regular as usual in posting to my blogs. I try to be regular in blogging and as part of my writing discipline. I aim to write a blog post once a week for each of my three active blogs, “People at Work & Play,” my writing blog, “Writing To Be Read,” and this my webiste/blog. As explained, this month my plans went haywire. The reason is I was totally engrossed in participating in the National Novel Writing Month or NaNoWriMo as it is popularly called.  The good news is that I successfully completed the task of writing 50,000 words of a novel in the calendar month of November.

I am proud to share a picture of my NaNoWriMo Winner’s Certificates for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and now for 2013.

My Winner's Certificates: NaNoWriMo 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and now 2013

Two of my NaNoNovels, as they are called, have been published, “It Can’t Be You” was published in 2010 coming out from my first attempt at NaNoWriMo in 2009. ” Lucky For Some, 13″ was written for NaNoWriMo 2010 and was published in 2012.

“Let The Dead Stay Dead” written for NaNoWriMo 2011 is ready for publication. I seek representation for this novel.
