In every story particularly in the mystery/thriller genre there are bound to be conflicts. It is conflict that drives people to say and do things which make up the story. Being fascinated by human psychology, in this novel I have given additional emphasis to internal conflicts within a person. Most books focus on the more obvious external conflicts between two or more people.
You will find that the principal characters in the book, especially Col. Belliappa and his children, Shefali and Pritam are perpetually wrestling with the conflicts within themselves. I hope this goes to develop their characters and make the story more absorbing in the process.
