“Writing” Resolutions

Firstly, let me thank Heather McCorkle for putting the idea of having “writing”  resolutions in my head. As a new year approaches, sure, we have our minds full of resolutions but honestly, I hadn’t thought of having separate ones for writing. I think it’s a particularly good idea as I intend to spend most of my time and energies in writing. So here goes..

Here then are my writing resolutions for 2011:-

  1. Complete another 30,000 words for my thriller novel “Lucky For Some, Thirteen”. I have done 50,000 already when completing NaNoWriMo 2010.
  2. Look out for representation this year. My first novel was done entirely on my own. I realize that in the long run, having an agent represent you makes a lot of sense.
  3. Develop this blog to gain more from my experiences-just as i have gained from many others.

There you are…these are the resolutions for 2011. Now to achieve them!
