I came across this blog post in the Huffington Post by Delia Lloyd “5 Ways To Improve Fiction”.
What struck me was that the same points are available to almost every writer but we do write differently, don’t we? The same plot can receive different treatment in my hands than it would in yours. The distinction in writing fiction, I maintain, is a special something readers associate with your writing. That’s what makes you unique. That’s what makes you special.
