Things are warming up on the NaNoWriMo front. Yes, I am ready for the National Novel Writing Month 2011. My entry will be a project which has been on my mind for some time. A thriller/mystery novel called “Let The Dead Stay Dead”. November 1 is the day when all of us get into over-drive to get off to a good start in our goal of writing a novel of 50,000 words in the calendar month of November 2011.
The story is set in India and is about people who don’t know what they do. They do this for compulsive reasons which overtake them from time to time. At other times, they are normal folk, like you and me. The plot has been framed, the characters are ready in my mind and they are waiting to explode on to the scene.
Having successfully completed NaNoWriMo in 2009 and 2010, I look forward to the 2011 challenge. As always, I am sure it will be great fun apart from being a rewarding experience.
