Man, it was a struggle. At times I did feel I was attempting something beyond my capabilities but I did it! I made my very first book trailer video. So here we go. Presenting to you, ladies and gentlemen, “Lucky For Some, 13.” Here it is on YouTube. “Lucky For Some, 13” my second thriller is in the process of being published by Mahaveer Publishers. I am proud to add that this book comes out of my successful completion of NaNoWriMo in November 2010.
As the first step, it will be available on pre-order basis on Flipkart, probably India’s best known online channel for books. I figured the time had come to make a book trailer video. This was something I had seen others do, but never imagined I could do too. Thanks to Microsoft for Movie Maker. It is awesome. The fact that I could make a video in a couple of days will tell you that the software is great. Sure, there is a huge learning process involved. But it’s well worth the effort you put in.
Who knows, one of these days I just might post about making a book trailer video:)
