Interesting Links

A confirmed web surfer, I am always on the hunt for things that may help me improve my writing.  Here are a few things which caught my attention over the last week:

  • “The Emotion Thesaurus” by Angela Ackerman and Becca Puglisi is an interesting dive into what are the giveaways when people express emotions. In her introduction, Meenakshi writes, ” The stories are extremely vivid and varied, perhaps because of the fact that the writers themselves come from varied backgrounds.with regard to occupation and nationality. I don’t know if it is a co-incidence, but in all the stories the protagonist is a male.” Continue reading ““Only Men Please””

“He Sees Everything & Other Short Stories”

“He Sees Everything & Other Short Stories” is my first ebook. Wherever there are people, there is greed, there is sacrifice; ingratitude and indebtedness; hatred and love; humor and poignancy. Woven around these emotions are seven short stories set in contemporary India. Continue reading ““He Sees Everything & Other Short Stories””
