Shelfari

Shelfari is described as the “premier social network for people who love books”.  I came across this network only recently and was delighted to explore the immense possibilities there. I look forward to spending many enjoyable hours here.

You can pick and place books on your virtual bookshelf- including those you have read, those you are reading and those you plan to read. There are also communities and groups within the network who share common interests.

The first two books I placed on my book shelf were “The Carpetbaggers” by Harold Robbins and ” Bugles and A Tiger” by John Masters. Both these authors have been amongst my favorites and I have enjoyed these books in particular.

I am still exploring the site but it looks like this would be one I would be returning to very frequently.
